April 10, 2026 – A custom-engineered sliding vane pump for Freon transfer, developed for a Saudi Arabia-based client, has completed manufacturing and factory testing, and is now ready for shipment.
The pump is retrofitted from a proven high-performance LPG sliding vane pump platform, with systematic modifications to fully accommodate the physical and chemical properties of Freon as well as site-specific operating requirements.
The unit features a three-inlet, three-outlet configuration, with key performance parameters as follows:
Flow rate: 3 m³/h
Differential pressure: 0.5 MPa
Motor power: 3 kW
Maximum working pressure: 1.8 MPa

To enhance on-site operational convenience and system integrity, the pump is supplied with a 2-meter high-pressure Freon-compatible hose, designed for stable long-term performance under rated working pressure conditions.
The complete system has been packed in an export-standard wooden case, with internal anti-vibration, moisture-proof, and movement-prevention measures to ensure safe transport. Following the client's instructions, the unit will be shipped directly to the client's designated agent warehouse, where it will be consolidated for final deployment and site installation at a Middle East project location.
